Enabling Service

The Lynemouth Day Centre team also provide the Strawberry Hill home support (enabling service).

We provide home support services giving practical help and emotional support to older people in their own homes.  Our fully qualified team tailor makes these services to ensure that we enable people to continue to live independently and improve their quality of life.

Services at a set hourly rate include:

• Confidence building
• Companionship
• Shopping trips
• Introductions to local activities
• Hospital support
